What is this blog all about?

It is often said that every little girl grows up dreaming about her wedding day. Perhaps there is some truth to that. But what if that little girl is a tomboy, or a jock, or a lesbian, or a boy? When we grow up, how do we make our dreams a reality?

As queer folks, we are continually redefining marriage and family. With that comes redefining weddings and style. Imagine your wedding. What would you wear? What did you wear? Where would you shop for it? How do you find the perfect outfit when you don't fit into a tidy little box? Please send me your thoughts and pictures so we can create a resource for all the queer folks out there who don't know what to wear to their weddings. New Same-Sex Wedding Magazine-Equally Wed

The premier issue of a new magazine about same-sex weddings, Equally Wed Magazine, is out now. I will have to see how I can get my little hands on one soon. I hope they will have some articles and photo spreads that will help answer the question of what to wear to your wedding. If you are familiar with this magazine, let us know what you think about it.
