What is this blog all about?

It is often said that every little girl grows up dreaming about her wedding day. Perhaps there is some truth to that. But what if that little girl is a tomboy, or a jock, or a lesbian, or a boy? When we grow up, how do we make our dreams a reality?

As queer folks, we are continually redefining marriage and family. With that comes redefining weddings and style. Imagine your wedding. What would you wear? What did you wear? Where would you shop for it? How do you find the perfect outfit when you don't fit into a tidy little box? Please send me your thoughts and pictures so we can create a resource for all the queer folks out there who don't know what to wear to their weddings. Crazy people show up at a National Organization for Marriage "Summer for Marriage" tour stop

According to "The Advocate" only 40 NOM supporters showed up and they were met by 250 gay marriage supporters. The sign clearly says who made it. I would just like to add a few other gems from Leviticus.

Leviticus 20:10 (New International Version) 10 " 'If a man commits adultery with another man's wife—with the wife of his neighbor—both the adulterer and the adulteress must be put to death."
Leviticus 15:19 " 'When a woman has her regular flow of blood, the impurity of her monthly period will last seven days, and anyone who touches her will be unclean till evening."

Here's a good one.

Leviticus 19:15 " 'Do not pervert justice; do not show partiality to the poor or favoritism to the great, but judge your neighbor fairly."
